Day 12 (16th August 2018)

Today l will talk about teaching practice. After I known the week that l must to teach, I’m very exciting because this is my first time to teach in English on the class and first time to write the lesson plan of Philippines. Then l known the topic that l will teach,
so it is Photosynthesis. Before start teaching l do many things such as the lesson plan, power point for explain for students, creative a games or woks for the lesson of the day that l will teach because it’s important for teaching. I have two class for teach they are grade 9. My procedure of teaching are, first l will show the topic of the day for students know and then l will use the games for activate the students before start the lesson. Next l will show the video for explain and discussion about the lesson with the students and then l will use the question for ask some students and last l have an assessment or works for students to do in the class, after finished they will present and share idea with another. Time for teaching is 1 hour, l have 3 parts of the time. First is the games ,second are power point and video present, third are the woks and students presentation. So l think l don’t have a problem because my cooperating teacher help me every class. Thank you so much. And this is some of my story of teaching l think it is the best experience for me too.

Today l early get up because 8.30 p.m l have to meet a professor and other teacher of Ateneo De Naga University and Ateneo De Naga University junior high school and for formally introduce myself to let them know why l should be here. So my teachers are Ma’am Lisa and Ma’am luz. Ma’am Lisa she teach a high school students for Biology subject and Ma’am Luz she is a professor of Department of Education of Ateneo De Naga University. So today l don’t have observation because it’s will start tomorrow. After introduce myself to a professor of Ateneo De Naga University l will go to Ateneo De Naga University junior high school for introduce myself too. And then Ma’am Luz let me and 2 friends ( sea teacher ) back to ADNU for lunch and let we know some Philippines’s food , where we can buy a food near university and tell something about a church in university. Day 7 (11th August 2018)

Today is 1 week for Philippines and it’s Saturday day for travelling in Naga city. At 8.30 teacher Caryl ,teacher Nickie and teacher Cess are pic me and friends to travel , Then we go the Macdonol because we are not eating brakefast yet. After we are already to bougth a food we go to the Camsur so all of teacher told me that it’s a beautiful place ,it’s looklike a sea but l think it’s looklike a waterpark in Thailand. And then after finished at the Camsur we go to the church in Naga city it is Church of Nuestra Senora De Pena De Francia so we seen every day when go to school and l think it’s very beautiful place too. And we staying here about 20 minute ,then we are back to ADNU University for lunch after finished we will go to the mall ( Robinson,SM mall ) since 1-5 p.m for shopping ,eating and relax. After we go to street food near the plaza so it’s good and cheaper l like much ,we are staying that about 1 hr. for talking fun and exchange language between Thai ...

History: Founded in 1940 by Caceres bishop, MSGR pedro P.Santons of Caceres, and FR. Francis D. Burns SJ. Ateneo de Naga has grown leaps and bounds from the small high school ( Cammarines Catholic Academy ) housed in the present Naga parochial school run by the diocese. Jesuits just moved into the new building when world war II broke out in the Pacific in 1941 and the school was converted into a local fort Santiago by the Japanese imperial army until. It peopened in 1946. It faced economic setbacks during martial law before eventually overcoming these troubles to land in 1991 decs list of top 18 colleges and university in the Philippines. On February 9,1999, the commission on higher education conferred the university status to the Ateneo. With FR.Raul Bonoan SJ as first university president.
