Third weeks. (20-24 August 2018)

This is third weeks in Philippines and week for start to teach in the classroom for me. After l finished to write the lesson plan l must to teach on Monday and it’s the first day for me, so l’m very exciting before class.

On Monday morning when l went to the class with my topic today is “ Leaf Structure “ and 43 students in the class. And my first class is grade 9428, before l start the lesson l have a game for students for activate thinking and then l explain the lesson for students, last l have a works for students to do in the classroom. After finished class in the morning l have a class again in the afternoon with grade 9328 and same topic in the morning.

And Tuesday l don’t have the class because it’s the Philippines’s holiday, So today Ma’am Jennet and some teacher of grade school pick me and friends to Legazpi city for travel since 5-9 p.m. I think Legazpi city is a beautiful place because it’s many and difference place in the city. First l went to the church and walk around about
1 hr. Then I went to the Sumlang Lake for take a photograph and went to the next station. Last of trip is Legazpi Boulevard l think it’s very beautiful place and it’s a place for relax with everything and with family.












On Wednesday I have a class again with the topic “ Light reaction “ today l think l do it better than Monday because l’m not exciting much and l can explain for students to make them understand and l have some snack when student can correct answer for the question.







Thursday , Today my topic is “ Dark reaction “ and l must to explain about Calvin cycle for students, So l think today l do not better because l can’t to explain for make students to understand but students told me that them understand me although my explanation isn’t good for the morning. And for in the afternoon l try to practice myself for tech students again with the same topic in the morning. I change my powerpoint to shorter and try to explain for students again about Calvin cycle. First class l used the game (smart brain) for students and then start the lesson and always ask students “ Are you understand? / Question? “ for make sure the students understand but if students don’t understand l will explain again. Last of class is the assignment / works for students. After finished class my coorperting teacher told me that l do it better than the morning and told me about it’s good for the beginner teacher and hope that l will be a good teacher in the future. And he understand about my English because he knew in Thailand use Thai only in the class. I want to say thank you much.  



Friday, Today is the last day to teach for me. In the morning l was joined in grade school and singing because to day is a Culminating Activity for the Buwan rg Wika and Pista sa Nayon. And it’s many Philippines food for try in the classroom.
So I’m very exciting and very happy too. After l finished to singing l went to the class with the topic “ Assignment of Photosynthesis “ and say good bye for students. So this time is sad time for me because l don’t want to say good bye to students, l want to practice myself to try teaching and my English skill for a long time but l can’t do it. After students finished the assignment they give a latter for me and singing the song for thank you me to teach them too, Then some student who is a volunteer said to me about her feeling after finished class for me and she make me crying because when l teach in the class students determined to learn with me, so this is my reason that l don’t want to say good bye them. Although this is a short time but l think it is the best time for me , Everything that l get and learned from here it is the starting point for help me practice myself for the future and will be a good teacher too. Last l want to say thank you to the SEMEO that give an opportunity for me with “ SEATEACHER “ to make me practice myself with the many skill in English language and thank you Ateneo De Naga Junior high school for receive me to observe and teaching, thank you Ateneo De Naga University for staying in accommodation, thank you everybody at university and JH high school, grade school teacher for take care me and friends. Thank you for everything, Thank you for friendship, Thank you for the best memory. Thank you much.

Today l early get up because 8.30 p.m l have to meet a professor and other teacher of Ateneo De Naga University and Ateneo De Naga University junior high school and for formally introduce myself to let them know why l should be here. So my teachers are Ma’am Lisa and Ma’am luz. Ma’am Lisa she teach a high school students for Biology subject and Ma’am Luz she is a professor of Department of Education of Ateneo De Naga University. So today l don’t have observation because it’s will start tomorrow. After introduce myself to a professor of Ateneo De Naga University l will go to Ateneo De Naga University junior high school for introduce myself too. And then Ma’am Luz let me and 2 friends ( sea teacher ) back to ADNU for lunch and let we know some Philippines’s food , where we can buy a food near university and tell something about a church in university. Day 10 (14th August 2018)

Hello Tuesday ,this is week two in school and in high school. After still observed in class and around school it’s make me know about the sources of learning an technology so they are the library , reading rooms , computer rooms , laboratory rooms , art room. Of these are in the high school and when student finished class or free time they will go in the library for reading a book . do home work , and anything to do. Computer room and Laboratory room are for student learning in the class only, reading room for student who want to read or do something with the lesson and last is computer room for student learning in class so l think it’s enough for students. For teaching methods l think most of teacher used the similar resource such as ask some question for student before start teaching , show the picture for relate,discuss,compare. Ask students about today feeling , today topic , have some statement for student read. For laboratory class teacher will talk a lab ,discripline and safe...

Day 2 (5th August 2018)

Good morning!!!   Good morning from Philippines after tried than yesterday. It’s a good morning , good weather , good people. But why l feel here people too get up early or because l get up late haha. Today l have an appointment with Ma’am Jennet to go to school 7.30 a.m. After already l go to school with Ma’am Jennet and 2 of sea teacher from Thailand but they don’t eat breakfast! 55 and it isn’t a problem of us because we have some fruit that we bought yesterday and some bread from Ma’am Jennet so it’s a chocolate bread and it’s look like brownie too. At school ( Ateneo De Naga University junior high school ) first time for here Ma’am Jennet let’s we for introduce with another teacher and student’s parent because today is meeting of school.
